Public Works received 2016’s first Golden Film award. On New Year’s Eve the film had its 100.000th visitor. The Golden Film was awarded on January 1st by the Netherlands Film Festival in the Victoria Hotel in Amsterdam.
Next to that, Public Works’ screenwriter Frank Ketelaar received the Golden Pencil from the Dutch Network of Screenwriters.
