Last month Last Cristeros (Los Últimos Cristeros) won four awards on different festivals in the world.
The film won the award for Best Mexican Film at Ficunam 2012, the award for Best Mexican Film at Riviera Maya Film Festival 2012, the award for Best Photography at Cape WInelands (Cape Town) and the award for Best Latinoamerican Film (coup de coeur) at Cinélatino Toulouse 2012.
